At Cliphair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your extensions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Check the Hygiene Seal
Ensure the gold security seal on the packaging remains intact; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the extensions have been removed from the main compartment or worn.
Complete the Returns Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different shade or length.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches our team safely.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
